is where we'll announce the most recent additions to our web
site. If you've visited us before and want to know what's
changed, take a look here first.
We roast fresh green chiles from Hatch, New Mexico, and Pueblo,
Colorado. We work with the best chile farmers on the North
American continent. The fresh green season runs from late
July through August, and we stock up on "fresh-frozen",
already roasted, so the succulent peppers are available year
round. Stay tuned for our next chile roast.

Kate Larsen is the new owner of The Chile Hut. We will be
re-opening our store on 940 Main Street, in historic Downtown
Louisville for the Taste of Louisville on June 9th.
Please note our summer hours located on the contact page.
Also look for us at the Louisville Downtown Street Faire every
Friday evening throughout the summer.
